Salutome
An exascale intelligence
for human health.
The largest project in the history of human health. In development at BlockHaven.
Salutome™
/sə-ˈluː-toʊm/ · suh-LOO-tohm
The entire system of human health: every force, every connection, every life, rendered as one structure an intelligence can reason over.
Making human health computable.
What we know about health is scattered across tens of millions of studies, more than 40 million records in PubMed alone, and across the real-world data they never captured. None of it is connected: not to each other, not to you. Project Salutome connects it into one structure an intelligence can reason over: every force that shapes human health, from molecules to society.
Each connection is traced to the evidence that supports it.
The literature is the scaffold. Real lives make it true.

The graph
Grows · stays current
Reasoning grounded
in your whole life
Patterns, computed privately · never the raw data
Every connected memory adds signal no one had: a truer graph, better reasoning, more reason for the next person to join. The graph learns from everyone without seeing anyone.
verified connections — every one traced to its evidence, and climbing as curation runs.
Today: thousands of connections
At a billion lives,
a quintillion connections.
Exascale. Once built, the largest knowledge structure
devoted entirely to human health.
≈10¹⁸ relationships · on the order of a connection for every grain of sand on Earth
The planes medicine keeps in silos — joined on one map.
Grounded in evidence. Proven by outcomes.
Every connection begins traced to the evidence behind it, graded and labeled for what it is: asserted, contested, or unproven. The graph says when it doesn't know.
But the literature is only the scaffold. It carries the biases of what gets funded, published, and studied in the few. Real-world outcomes are what prove it: accumulating privately across connected memories, they confirm what holds, correct what the studies got wrong, and reach what was never studied at all.
Social isolation increases risk of all-cause mortality
“…both social isolation and loneliness were significantly associated with an increased risk of all-cause mortality (pooled effect size 1.32; 95% CI 1.26–1.39).”

What holds on average in a study can be wrong for you. Outcomes across connected memories reveal what is true person by person.

The exascale graph of human health: one structure connecting every force that shapes the body, from molecules to society, with each connection traced to the evidence behind it. Project Salutome is the initiative at BlockHaven building it.
Your whole life, understood against everything humanity knows about health.
That has never been possible. It is what BlockHaven is building: your HealthMemory, the Salutome, and the loop that joins them into The Health Intelligence Network.
