BlockHaven launches Project Salutome to build an exascale intelligence for human health.
The initiative connects the world's scattered health knowledge into one structure an intelligence can reason over, built privately on individual-anchored health memory.
NEW YORK — June 30, 2026. BlockHaven today launched Project Salutome, an initiative to make human health computable. Salutome is a world-scale graph designed to connect every force shaping the human body, from molecules to society, with each connection traced to the evidence behind it.
Health knowledge is scattered across tens of millions of studies, more than 40 million records in PubMed alone, and across the real-world data the literature never captured. None of it is connected, to each other or to any individual. Project Salutome is connecting it into a single structure an intelligence can reason over.
The graph is built from two sources. The published literature forms the scaffold: curated connections, each verified against a primary citation, graded for evidence, and labeled asserted, contested, or unproven. Real-world outcomes prove and extend it. Patterns computed privately across connected HealthMemory™ devices add and update relationships without any individual's data leaving their device.
Every connected memory adds signal no one had, making the graph truer for the next person and the reasoning each person receives sharper. Value is derived under consent, never extracted, and the individual stays the root of authority.
At the scale of a billion connected lives, the personal, temporal, and AI-derived relationships are projected to reach the order of 1018, a quintillion connections, or exascale. That figure is a fidelity-dependent projection; the connections verified today number in the thousands and climb continuously as curation runs.
“A memory of your life is not yet understanding. It becomes understanding only when it is read against everything we know about health, and that has never been connected. Salutome is the other half of the foundation.”Justin Kastil, Founder and CEO, BlockHaven
Project Salutome follows an independent evaluation of BlockHaven's platform by HITLAB, a healthcare innovation and commercialization lab. Project Salutome is in development. HealthMemory™, the individual-anchored memory that feeds it, opens to early access ahead of public availability.
About BlockHaven
BlockHaven is building The Health Intelligence Network™, a new foundation for health organized around the individual. Its core product, HealthMemory™, is a continuous, individual-owned understanding of a person's health, encrypted under keys only they hold.
About Project Salutome
Project Salutome™ is BlockHaven's initiative to build the Salutome, an exascale, provenance-grade graph of human health, connecting every force that shapes the body with each connection traced to its evidence.
